​Standard shipping is $10 and takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping is $16 and takes 1-3 business days. However, if you live in the Greeley, CO area, you have the option to schedule a local pick-up of your order for no additional cost.

While we are not yet a recognized 501c3 nonprofit, we are a not-for-profit business. Which means, other than general overhead (ex: paying for supplies to make more products) and a small stipend for our young founder/magic worker, we donate all money made directly to Musana. As we get more established we plan to post our donation total on our website. Stay tuned!

We do our best to use only skin safe, mild ingredients in our products. However, since everyone is different, some may find their skin is slightly sensitive to the essential oils in our products - most often the mint essential oils. If you experience any sensitivity to our products please contact customer support!

Our products are all handmade and should be ready to ship within 2-3 days. ​ Custom orders or requests will be individually processed and we will contact you directly about your order.
